Here’s our description of the ideal person for this internship. Do you think this description fits you, and why?

You have a go-getter, won't stop until the job is done, hit a deadline against all odds type of work ethic. You're reliable, communicative, and not afraid to ask questions when you don't understand something.

You take responsibility when you make mistakes and do everything in your power to correct them the next time. You are a down-to-the-details type of person and are able to work very quickly and efficiently, especially on fast-turnaround tasks. You're a fast learner and are willing to educate yourself on software or systems that you're unfamiliar with, and you typically get the hang of things quickly. Your brain lights up when you get to re-organize something or make a task more efficient.

You daydream about design, fonts, and color palettes and love consuming design content. You’re passionate about seeing design all around you and you might save photos, screenshots, or Pinterest boards full of design inspiration.

You’re curious about the boutique brand identity and web design world and want to learn how a very small studio runs on the backend. You want to be mentored and develop your design skills alongside people who love design just as much as you. You thrive on kind feedback and appreciate others’ suggestions on how to improve your work, paying attention to and implementing feedback with a positive attitude.

You have a laidback personality and a sense of humor. You're not afraid to send a funny gif in Slack or show us a great meme you found about design. You want to find a team of people where you can really be yourself.

Yes, absolutely. In my own businesses, as well as in my government job, I hold myself accountable, am extremely detailed oriented and a perfectionist. In my free time I consume and research art regularly to keep up to date on the latest inspirations. I spend much of my off time taking new age courses like psychology of social media and marketing so I can continue to create leading content. I am a go getter, always looking to expand and learn new things. I am an open book, as well as an extremely communicative people person. I am exactly what you are looking for and then some!
